This course focuses on the principles and techniques of clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication, especially as they apply to business. In addition, students are instructed in and experience the use of audio-visual and computer-based communications.

Business Communication introduces students to common forms of professional writing and speaking in specific business situations. It also focuses students’ attention on audiences, the readers and listeners to whom they must necessarily sell both themselves and their ideas.
