The measurement and management of performance are seldom tied to the strategic goals of the organization. Many organizations do not pay sufficient attention to this process which inevitably leads to problems. This course provides participants with the knowledge and skills required to assist with ensuring that the behavior and results of employees are properly managed to facilitate an organization achieving its objectives.
